SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Original artworks may require additional handling time to ensure proper packaging and protection during transit.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer tracked shipping for all orders to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
- Norway (Domestic): 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Packaging All artworks and prints are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. Original artworks receive special handling and reinforced packaging.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at Lovmeis@protonmail.com. We work with our carriers to resolve these issues and will replace or refund eligible orders.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
